El pasado día 2 de julio de 2019 se publicó en el Diario Oficial de la Unión Europea (número L 178) el Reglamento 2019/1111 relativo a la competencia, el reconocimiento y la ejecución de resoluciones en materia matrimonial y de responsabilidad parental y sobre la sustracción internacional de menores, conocido habitualmente como Reglamento Bruselas II ter o Bruselas II bis recast, aunque en castellano debiera decirse en este último caso “versión refundida”, como se califica en el propio Diario Oficial , si bien, como luego veremos no es exactamente eso.
